To Retinol Or Not To Retinol?

Retinol (a derivative of Vitamin A) is absolutely A-mazing for your skin. It exfoliates the skin by increasing cell turnover revealing healthier, fresher skin.  Dermatologists love it because it does everything from fighting breakouts, to evening out skin tone and texture, minimizing sun damage and sun spots all while helping to diminish fine lines and wrinkles. What doesn’t it do? All skin types can use it (even sensitive) normal skin types can use it every night, regular skin types may want to start slowly, say using every other night until your skin adjusts as it can be  a little drying -  so make sure to follow up with a good moisturizer. Sensitive types might want to use only once or twice a week. Did I mention that retinol should be used at night? Well, it should. And it is EXTREMELY important to use an SPF during the day as retinol can make your skin more sensitive to the sun. The best Retinol product I have found? Easy answer: A-TEAM Retinol + Wrinkle Treatment! A-TEAM helps to regenerate your cells, not to mention making your pores appear smaller, perfect skin here you come.
